Food is the soul of any event, specially a party in a private villa or venue.
SES party packages include a chef from 8am-7pm to conveniently service customers full time. In the case of larger group events the size of the staff increases and can even add bartender and waiter. The chef menu consists of international and local cuisine, bringing a wide range of delicious food to the table.
Among the variety of the Chef`s Menu we find:

For bachelor party villas the chef will start around 8:00am with American breakfast, consisting of pancakes, fresh fruits, orange juice, potatoes, bread, Gouda cheese, ham rolls, bacon, eggs, sausages and jam. Lunch will follow around 1:00pm with a main dish, dessert and selected wines. Dinner starts at 7:30pm with the chef specialties. For venue events catering the choice is fine hors d`oeuvres before the main course. These savoury canapes work great to keep the guests happy while tasting the first wine glass. The long list of options include pink salmon, feta cheese, filet rolls, Caprese, crostini, bruschetta, shrimp cocktail, crudités, deviled egg, antipasto, prosciutto wraps and other sushi-based appetizers. These are prepared by our chef from Barcelona.
The villa private chef cooks three meals and any in between, and will schedule the meals according to the renter`s timing due to tours, disco nights, etc. which is more convenient than using restaurants every day. Local supermarkets such as Playero and Super Pola have extensive stock of fresh foods from the DR and international sources. Playero has specialized foods from Russian, German, American, Jewish, Italian, French and of course, local. This makes them the only supermarket with international appeal for many foreigners that feel at home, away from home.
One important aspect to catering and private chef service is the ability to adapt the menu to various preferences. Vegetarians will be given their own menu, also Muslims that do not eat pork meat and Jewish that require 100% kosher foods.
