The best of DR Carnival

The 2020 edition of the Puerto Plata Carnival started on Sunday February 2nd in the Malecon ( Oceandrive ) drawing thousands of people from the North Coast, including tourists visiting DR in high season, and many expats. The first parade was great, and more to come each Sunday ( except 16 for local elections ). The last day of Carnival in Puerto Plata takes place on March 7th, 2020.
