The first level has a spacious living room with designer kitchen, grand staircase, dining table, and a deluxe bar under the verandah. The swimming pool has native coral stone deck with Jacuzzi and flower trees. A large main suite in the first floor has direct access to a private terrace, and views from the inside through tall German double pane glass doors.
The bathroom is a work of art, with open shower and very modern custom styled interior. Two more bedrooms in the first level boast plenty of space, these two with double beds as an added convenience. The second floor has a generously sized balcony with the best ocean vistas, and a gazebo with dining table.
The two ocean front suites in the second floor have direct access to the balcony, also guests can enter from the tall glass doors added this year. This villa rental is a show off, displaying high end décor and careful attention to detail in every corner. The Merengue Bar and D` Clasico Disco in Sosua are a landmark where each night many locals and foreigners mingle until late at night. The Bar is on the first floor, and displays major sports events such as boxing on special evenings. The Disco is on the second floor, usually gets very busy and hard to get a VIP lounge if not calling ahead of time. This bar is frequented by Chicas, who come to lure male travelers so beware if you are traveling with your gf or wife.
