Guest Friendly Villa

This brand new lodging has an elegant living room with open design kitchen that includes an island made of granite and oak wood, splash walls in the same fine granite and oak cabinets. Hanging moon lights and white stools on the island provide a great place to sit and taste great wines while the chef prepares your favorite gourmet meals or breakfast; and right next there is a media area with fancy sofas, large TV, sound bar, air conditioned living room and dining table. Between the two villas all these areas extend from one to the other, offering plenty of spaces to share with friends or seek privacy at times when it is needed.

There are 2 bedrooms in the first floor and six on the second floor, each one with its own, well appointed ensuite bathroom. The master suites have king size, their own Jacuzzi in the balcony and luxury bed sets with modern led lighting in the ceilings.  Every room also includes a/c, ceiling fans, safe deposit boxes, linens, towels and closets. The King suites are all in the second level and have private balconies. Daily maid service is included in the bachelor party packages, driver with van or SUV, also pool cleaning, hot water, gardening and our own private security and parking areas. If the group needs more than 8 bedrooms we have another villa next door with 8 more bedrooms.
